Today, that legacy continues through the next generation—building on this foundation while expanding services into the United States.

Kinal Panchal is the Founder and Principal Architect of Kinal Architecture, Interiors & Planning. Educated in the United Kingdom, she completed a Foundation in Art & Design (BTEC), followed by a BA (Hons) Architecture (RIBA Part I), and a Master of Architecture in Advanced Design from Oxford Brookes University.

Kinal Panchal is the Founder and Principal Architect of Kinal Architecture, Interiors & Planning. Educated in the United Kingdom, she completed a Foundation in Art & Design (BTEC), followed by a BA (Hons) Architecture (RIBA Part I) and a Master of Architecture from Oxford Brookes University.
Her professional experience spans India, the United Kingdom, and the United States, contributing to residential, commercial, and civic projects of varying scales. Through working across diverse professional environments, she has developed strong expertise in design development, construction documentation, consultant coordination, and permitting processes.

Collaborating Architect (UK) - Mirage Architects
Miraj studied BSc (Hons) Architecture & Environmental Design, Dip Arch, and an Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture, and is a professional member of Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and Architects Registration Board (ARB).

Miraj is the Managing Director and Principal Architect at Mirage Architects (Limited); British born and educated, he manages projects in the UK and India, with new prospects in the USA. With over 20 years industry experience within the UK (adhering to some of the world’s most stringent regulations & statutory processes), he has gained extensive skills in design and efficient project managing (across all RIBA stages); planning, building regulations, construction/law and health & safety. He has developed a strong technical understanding through experience and by thinking beyond the basics of design and aesthetics.

‘I have a passion for designing vibrant, creative, cost-effective solutions to please clients, whilst always challenging myself to think outside the box. I am devoted to and take much joy in designing, creating and delivering exciting, congenial and sustainable built environments for communities with varying lifestyle needs.
My designs range from traditional to contemporary, with attention to detail on high quality schemes that fit well into their surrounding context. I particularly gain great satisfaction from seeing projects through from conception to completion.’

Dr. Maiia Sivtseva
PhD in architecture
Collaborating Architect (UK)
A collaborating architect based in London, with over 10 years of professional experience across design, research, and project delivery. She holds a Diploma in Architecture and City Planning from NSAFA, Siberia, an MA in Advanced Design from Oxford Brookes University, as well as an MA by Research and a PhD in Architecture from London Metropolitan University. She has also served as a guest lecturer for the King’s Foundation across universities in England, Wales, and Scotland. Holding a PhD in architecture, their work brings together academic insight and practical expertise, with a particular focus on residential architecture.
She have contributed to a wide range of housing projects, from early-stage concept design to detailed development, with an emphasis on creating high-quality, sustainable living environments. Her approach is grounded in a strong understanding of the social, environmental, and technical dimensions of housing, informed by both research and practice.
Alongside professional work, she remain engaged in research and knowledge exchange, exploring how architecture can respond to contemporary challenges in housing and the built environment. As a collaborator, she bring a thoughtful, analytical, and design-led perspective to multidisciplinary teams.

With over 10 years of experience in practice and research, my work focuses mainly on residential architecture, with a particular interest in retrofit, sustainability, and the reuse of existing buildings.
My approach is collaborative and practical, with close attention to context, materials, and how spaces are lived in over time. I am interested in creating thoughtful, lasting architecture that responds to environmental challenges while improving the quality of everyday life.
