Project Manager (7+ Years Experience)
Seeking a highly skilled Project Manager specializing in high-end residential and/or hospitality architecture to lead projects from concept to completion. This role reports directly to studio leadership and oversees Intermediate and Junior Designers.
Duties & Responsibilities

Manage luxury residential and hospitality projects across all project phases.

Understand client needs and user experience to establish design concepts and final project briefs.

Engage confidently with high-profile clients, consultants, and contractors.

Lead creation and review of design and construction documentation.
-
Oversee the full lifecycle of design and documentation from concept through completion.
-
Craft and deliver client-focused presentations.

Translate design concepts into detailed models and high-quality renderings.

Mentor and guide junior team members for professional growth.
Position Requirements
-
Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch).
-
7+ years of experience in architecture/interior design, with focus on high-end residential or hospitality.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit proficiency a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Willingness to travel for projects outside New York.

Ability to work in a collaborative, design-focused, open studio environment.

Experience training and guiding junior staff in the design process.
Junior Architectural Designer
Duties & Responsibilities
-
Assist project teams in understanding client requirements and contributing to innovative design concepts.

Create visually compelling presentations to communicate design ideas to clients.

Prepare detailed working drawings, plans, and models for project execution.

Collaborate effectively with lead designers and project managers to support project deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications
-
Strong proficiency in Concept Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation.

Proficiency in: AutoCAD and/or Revit
-
Experience in SketchUp is a plus but not required.
-
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Position Requirements

1–3 years of internship or professional experience in architecture or interior design, preferably in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Code Specialist- Architecture
Qualifications
-
10+ years of experience in architecture and code consulting.
-
Strong background in building codes, life-safety requirements, and technical construction documents.
-
Deep knowledge of NYC & NJ Building Codes, zoning, ADA, NFPA, and Port Authority standards.

Experience reviewing or producing design documents (plans, sections, details, specs).
-
Ability to clearly communicate code requirements to designers, engineers, and contractors.
-
Strong skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Responsibilities
-
Full-time, onsite, in-person role working with project managers, designers, engineers, and Port Authority teams.

Review drawings and specs for code, life-safety, and accessibility compliance.
-
Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty consultants to resolve code issues.
-
Identify and communicate code-related risks and compliance gaps.
-
Develop and support code compliance strategies throughout project phases.
-
Provide code guidance during design reviews, coordination meetings, and technical discussions.
-
Prepare written summaries, markups, and documentation of code issues.
-
Interface with agency reviewers and assist in responding to technical comments.

Support code questions related to RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and field conditions.
